About the product

Relax is one of the Yogi Tea blends created to an Ayurvedic recipe. The motto of this blend is “the strength of calm”, and the brand describes the cup itself as an oasis of calm in turbulent times.

The base is chamomile flower (17%) and linden flower (15%), rounded off by rosehip (2.5%). The infusion has a rich herbal aroma and the natural sweetness of liquorice. The spicy background comes from cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and black pepper. The blend also contains fennel, hibiscus, orange peel, raspberry leaf, alfalfa and barley malt.

How to use

1. Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water over one sachet.
2. Brew for about 6-7 minutes.
3. For a stronger aroma, brew two sachets.

Warning

This tea contains liquorice. It should not be consumed in excessive quantities by people suffering from high blood pressure - excess liquorice may raise blood pressure.
